I woke up being able to see all the veins in my hands. I don't think that's good. They've receded now, but I don't know if that anemia related or freezing cold related. Still. Scary.

I get to spend today looking for my mom's birthday present. I bought her birthday present before anything else: two tickets to see the Irish Rovers in March. I have the receipt. The tickets? No clue. I'm a little bit afraid I may have thrown them away. For the past few weeks, I've had a newspaper spread on my kitchen table so I could bead her Christmas present. WHen I was done, I crumpled it up and threw it away. There's a chance the tickets might have been underneath. I am not happy.

If you have the receipt, is there a chance you might get the tickets replaced? It might be worth looking into...

Actually, I finally found them. They were in a stack of things that I was going to throw away, but had to go through to make sure my address wasn't on any of them. I was actually on the phone with my mom when I found them. If I hadn't found them by the end of the day (since I was cleaning), I was definitely going to call and reorder. I didn't know you could until it was suggested.

She loves the Irish Rovers, so she's going to be happy. :P
