I always get warm fuzzies when I see the Lex/Clark/Lana Beanery scene in Hothead. It remaiins one of my most favorite scenes in SV history.

I'm all dressed up in a last minute costume and have gotten zilch trick-or-treaters so far. Blah.

So tired.

I'm a vampire. I gots a pretty burgandy velvet dress, a crown, and the blood at the corner of my motuh. I waited to the last minute, so I couldn't find the fangs. I even did a half-assed job at doing bite marks on my neck (blood,then a marker).

I'm just curious about what it is about that scene that gives you the warm fuzzies. I like it, too.

I love the way they interact with each other. Lex thinks Lana is cute. Lana is cute (even though I hate her season 1 voice that she used) and self-deprecating. They all seem like people who could really be very close friends with one another. The sparks fly between Clark and Lex. It's just all very... nice and happy and warm.

That lisp!! I mentioned that in a post just recently, too. Wonder whose idea that was? Did someone tell KK that was "good acting"? Wonder if/when someone counseled her to drop it? It would have to have been by the latter half of 1st season.

I like Clark in that scene, too, when he says something like, "Yeah, joining the football team and pouring coffee: we're a couple of real rebels." It would've been nice to see them all having fun together more often.
