So, my mom says I need to start exercising or something again. I agree. I don't want to join a gym, and its too far to drive out to Irvine twice a week to hike (plus I'll miss Gilmor Girls and ...well, nothing on Thrusday).

Then I found a belly-dancing website. Can you belly dance if you don't have a belly?

You mean, if you're a skinny minny sex goddess?*g* I think so, but [livejournal.com profile] suzycat would know, she's a belly teacher. [livejournal.com profile] jacquez also bellydances, as does (or did) [livejournal.com profile] valarltd.

Yeah, I think so, too. In fact, some women start belly dancing to make their bellies smaller. I've been thinking about that myself. I think all you need is a mobile pelvis.

belly dance!

MOST Definitely!!!! I used to be into belly dancing (with and without belly) and would visit belly dance festivals (though never perform- too shy). Bellies and no bellies were all represented.

It's great exercise. I watched a pro roll a quarter up & down her belly with muscle rolls. *eye boggle*
