I'm still angry about the stupid teacher from yesterday. And she's giving me a tour of the school this morning. I hate being on my period! It makes my already slow-to-forgive personality multiply by ten thousand. *grrr*

Have you ever seen a dream catcher?

Meditate (or breath deeply and think about for 15 mts or so) about dream catcher. Get a picture of one on line if you need to.

Imagine a beautiful dreamcatcher, made for you by someone who loves you dearly. It is decorated with your birthstone, your favorite colors, and feathers from your favorite (still living!) birds.

The web of the dream catcher is there to help you KEEP the experiences that are helpful to you.

The hole in the middle, an inevitable result of the dreamcatcher-weave, is there to LET GO of the experiences that are no good to you.

Picture the dreamcatcher filling up with things you have learned that are helpful. Some of these things will be invisible. (They are helpful to you, you just don't know it yet.)

Picture all the negativity that comes from Stupid Teacher pouring out of your web, until you can no longer remember what they are.

Know that, the next time you see that Poor Stupid Teacher, you will only be able to catch from her the things that are helpful to you. The negative will pour out like water through a sieve.
