A little after the fact, but still

I saw Troy today. It was good. I mean, boring in the beginning because I find Orlando Bloom about as interesting as a mop and he and Helen just couldn't hold my attention, but anything with Achilles or fighting I liked. Hector's wife scared me, though; she looked like a skeleton.

But, if ever a movie needed a drinking game, this one did. Jesus, they repeated *everything* a million times. This is what I've come up with so far:



Take one drink
anytime anyone says the word "cousin"
anytime Agamennon bitches about Achilles
anytime Achilles bitches about Agamennon
anytime someone enthuses about being king
anytime someone talks about fighting for fame and glory
anytime one of the principals in naked
anytime Priam doesn't listen to the good advice of his son
anytime someone mentions the gods
anytime someone says something about an omen
anytime Achilles or Hector makes it clear that the gods don't concern them

... I had more. Can't remember the rest.

Anyone have any Troy slash reccs? Especially Achilles/Patroklus?

ROTFL. I know there are some communities on lj but I cant think of the exact names of them.

Oh yes....Andromache looked awful. I wanted to fix her some food. I saw her in Deep Blue Sea today and she looked so much better when she did that movie.
