Last night we found out that Lex was TWELVE when Julian was about to be born. Lillian isn't sick yet. So, presumably, she gets sick soon after this and it is during that time that Lionel has the affair with Rachel Donleavy because she is Lillian's nurse. If Lucas is the product of that affair, then he would have to be born when Lex is at least 13.
Do we KNOW Lex's age on the show? Because it seems like Lucas should be about TEN by my calculations. Lex is posed as fairly young in fanon -- 23ish -- but is he really older than that on the show? In some of the comic books, he's Clark's age...
Yeah, I've been through this problem when I was trying to write the Lineage-fic. The age things don't make sense at all, *especially* since Lucas is about 2 years older than Clark.
Lex is 23. I don't remember if they explicitly said his age or not on the show, but he was 21 in the Pilot episode. Actually, he might have told Clark he was 9 when he went bald, which put him at 21.
They never explicitly said that Rachel was Lillian's nurse after Julian was born. All Rachel ever said was that she once worked for as a nurse for Lillian. Fanon assumption was that it was after Lillian died, but there's no evidence and pleanty of evidence that it was *not* what Almiles intedned.
