Which mary sue story, or which line? About the time I discovered slash, I changed my Angel/Buffy Mary Sue from Serafina to Eve. Eve was the daughter of some high power muckity-muck Powers that Be and her job was to observe what was going on on earth (more specifically, what was going on between Slayers and Vampires) and report back to the PTB. Eventually, she pissed them off (by not killing Buffy, who, since there were 2 slayers, was upsetting the balance) and was turned human. Wolfram and Hart tried to recruit her after that, but I went on to discover the joy of Lindsey/Wesely slash and never, well, actually wrote anything. :)

It's just weird that this Eve serves such a similiar purpose and is equally annoying to me as my Mary Sue would have been to other people.

That's NOTHING.

George Lucus stole ALL my ideas for Episode 1 and I can prove it. Ask ANYONE who knew me when I was 13 and they'll tell you *I* came up with the 14 year old brilliant princess who's outfit was so elaborate she could go anywhere incognito with little effort and also happened to kick butt. ASK them!
