No, not like *that*. This is even better. You see ....

HOT TOPIC HAD THE JOHNNY DEPP POTC SHIRT!!!!!! After weeks of only having whatshisname, they finally had Jack. Yay!! *does a little dance*

In other news, I think i seriously fucked myself up. I'd forgotten how crappy I feel when i try hot chocolate and caramel. And this cup didn't even taste any good. It's been, what? Four years since I'd last had it? And now I just feel like I should die.

In even other news, I *really* need to get myself a copy of ST TOS: Mirror, Mirror. Maybe SciFi will replay it at some point. I should check taht out.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a magainze Lex could/would read? One taht doesn't have anything to do with money, economics, or business. Science (for COTW universe) and fashion are okay. But nothing gay-related.

PIRATE SHIRT!!!

I bet he might read Scientific American. I love that magazine. The articles are just technical enough, yet it isn't a professional journal that only academic geeks read.

He might also read something on historical architecture or archaeology. I don't know titles, but I know there must be journals on these subjects.

It's a little plebian, but he might enjoy the guilty pleasure of Smithsonian now and then. Like a trashy bathroom magazine. *g*

btw, I was about to e-mail you and tell you I'm slowly reading your new COTW. I'm just so frantic. But I love that early scene between Damien and Lex.

:)

feel better...

I think of Lex as a GQ/Vanity Fair kind of guy, but he seems to simply embody that sensibility without really needing to read either magazine. As for science, these aren't really magazines, but how about this journal: http://pubs.acs.org/journals/esthag/
or this one: http://www.gradnews.net/a/B00006KKKX/Journal-Of-Organic-Chemistry.html , since he's working on that organic fertilizer?

I agree about Scientific American (or Discover, but SA is more technical) and will add Wired.
