I'm still here
Nov. 23rd, 2003 07:35 pmSo, so very tired in that wonderfully good way that means I've been doing something fun. I got to go hiking with the ever fabulous
garryowen today and had a blast. I'm tragically out of shape, but I will fix that so the next time we go, I'm not panting and gasping like I'm on that asthma medication for asthma instead of allergies.
(John Glover looks so much better with Season 1 hair, btw).
Anyway, had a great time and know I will get a great nights sleep. Now all I have to do is convince my throat, which has started complaining again, that it's fine.
I've become utterly addicted to Jack/Norrington Pirates fic again. There's a lot more good fic out there than there was when the movie first came out.
I got some lovely, lovely, bounce inspiring feedback from
sabershadowkat today. I'm still bouncing off the walls. :)
The next fic is coming in fits in starts. I'm unsure if I want to write the next scene because a. it's difficult emotionally and b. it's ... well, not occ because the situation calls for it, but it's not typical character behavior. I definitely have to walk a line so I don't go overboard.
I sort of have a new bunny for a novel. I don't need one right now, but something said at dinner stuck with me and a scene is unfolding. I'm waiting to see if a plot emerges with the scene.
