I followed everyone else to Greatest Journal: here. I'm not exactly sure why; I can barely muster up 15 or so icons, but I guess a backup journal is always handy in case I become a refugee in some great war or something. ;)

Anyway, I went out with a bunch of LJ people last night ( tigress35, happyminion, mistiec, hackthis, kryptonsite, kattiya). We saw Underworld and were underwhelmed by the story and acting, and yet still very entertained. The audience was great: loud, talkative, and able to take the film in good humor. There's always a chance I will see it again, and, thanks to the recommendation of mistiec, I will be getting the book very soon. Besides, I love vampire stories (hence the writing of my vampire story), so I was bound to enjoy it. Plus, new, cool people! And OC music with pictures of pretty boys on the cover!! (And, yes, my sister was supremely jealous. I will have to watch the CD for the next few days to make sure it doesn't disappear).

In other news, my hip is killing me and I don't know why. Also, Kohls has Superman underwear for 35% off this week, and I must go buy. And, COTW 40 is almost ready to be sent to beta. Anyone out there dying to beta for me? It's not as long as last time. *bats eyelashes*
