1. I don't friend everyone who's friended me. I don't know why; I just don't. I friend most people, especially if I've heard of them, looked in at their journal before, heard other people talk about them, etc. I generally eventually friend everyone back all at once in a fit of boredome at work. But usually, if I don't friend you back, it's nothing personal, I just don't.

2. I generally unfriend someone if I am more frustrated than not at reading their journal. If they're constantly negative, or never, ever post fandom related things and I don't find their lives compelling enough to read, I defriend. Then I'll swing by about once a month to see what's going on and decide if I want them back on. If I'm defriended, I generally can't figure out who did it, since some of the people I've friended never friended me back in the first place or friended me and then took me off for some unknown reason.

3. Sometimes I read people's journals who are not on my friends list. This is because I don't like them, but they occassionally have interesting/intelligent things they've posted about fandom. I like reading those things, but dont' care about their lives, so I'll drop by their journal every few weeks to see what's the what.

4. I occassionally go through my friend's friends list to find new people to friend. If they're interesting, I'll friend them.

5. I don't think anyone really reads my journal very much, so mostly I use my friend's list to read yours. :) Post more during the week, people, my job is boring!
