I feel better, so I'm back at work. I literally slept most of the day yesterday, which is something I rarely do. At one point, I had felt good enough to work on Pirate AU. Then my vision started going fuzzy, and I just couldn't keep my eyes open. I decided to lay down just for a few minutes, and ended up crashing for an hour. Then I got up, moved to the living room, and crashed again, probably making the Ducks lose, since they kept doing badly any time I was in the living room. Ah, well. It was good sleep, and then I got more good sleep last night.

I think I look very pretty today. I shouldn't, since I was sick yesterday, am wearing a beige shirt about the color of my complexion (since I'm still a little off-color) that I bought to go with "nice" clothes, and, instead, am wearing it with my navy cargo pants which are suddenly too big. Last week, they were too small. Dear, God, please let me get the few pounds back so they just fit. That's all I want. But, pretty. Yay!

Pirate AU ... sex scene today. I think. And then I have to decide how I want to end it. I'm still not sure.

Thanks, sera. I've been thinking about you recently. I was thinking about how you were the first online person I really contacted about fanfiction and that I foisted that terrible Mary Sue story on you (which as far as anyone else is concerned never existed, okay? LOL!) and how you were so nice and read it and gave me feedback. How sweet you were to little newbie me!! *g*

I've also been thinking of Fabi. Need to email her.

Wow, I didn't realized I was the first person you contacted. And, to be 110% perfectly honest ... I dont' remember the Mary Sue fic. I remember the Disneyland fic, and a few after that, but I"m totally drawing a blank. Wanna send it again? *g*

Fabi went out of town, I think, but I don't remember how long ago. She was supposed to be gone only 2 or so weeks. I'll have to e-mail her too. Thanks for reminding me. ;)

You were one of my first friends in this fandom, next to Fabrisse and someone who I no longer talk to.

Hee! That's a blessing! Let me tell you! I recently went looking for it on my hard drive just to see how bad it really was and it appears I deleted it. :( I'm sad about that.

I just recently threw away a bunch of first/only drafts of stories I wrote over the past few years. I have no room anymore, and it's not like I really *need* them. And yet, I know that in a few years, i'm going to be sad about that. And I hate deleting stories off my hard drive, because, no matter how bad they are, there is still something about them. So I feel your pain. ;)
