So, I'm completely stiff and just out of shape. I decided to do something about it. Get up and move. I stuck in an exercise DVD, did some of it (arms, legs, cardio; I'll work up to adding in some of the rest). It was hard as I am extremely out of shape, but it felt good.
Only problem is, sometimes, after I work out, I get weepy. Guess what? This is one of those times. I just want to lay my head down and cry for absolutely no reason at all. Anyone have any clue why that happens? What about endorphins?
