serafina20I'm continuing to work on the pirate AU, and I know what I'm going to do with Lex's hair. My sister voted for bald right off, but then brought up that he'd get sunburned. We got into a long debate about the scalp not really being more sensitive than the rest of the face (I forgot to bring up Cutthroat Island; her quartermaster was bald), and on and on. It wasn't until this morning I remembered pirates are often portrayed wearing scarves and stuff on their head (manly ones; not frilly girl ones, of course. Not that it really matters, but I'm sort of taken with the idea of Lex in a purplish scarf and earring. No eyepatch; gotta keep both baby blues. If I want an eyepatch, I'll cross over Xander. ;)
Was also rereading the COTW fic to make sure I still liked it. I like it a lot. It's not "Boiling Point," but it's fun. I may not have to cut it in two; it'll be long, but I was basing it off the last scene I wrote, which felt like an ending. Still not sure; have to see.
