Disneyland is closing Space Mountain for 2 years! Today! And I"m not going to have time to go down and ride it one last time. Luckily I went on Sunday, but still. Those commie bastard fascist pigs!

*sigh*

I've started the Red fic. I'm a little stalled because I want to watch the episode again before I really get into it, but I don't have time today. Of course, I didn't bring a disk, so I can't write at work... but I might still try. :)

I'm talking about Disneyland, and it's closing today for a two year renovation. It'll be open again for their 50th birthday.

I haven't heard that they are. In fact, the article I read specifically said that there were no plans to reopen them. However, that does't always mean anything

2 years! What the hell is there to do at Disneyland then? They already have the Matterhorn closed most of the time! And splash mountain was closed for eons before that.

Good thing my pass ran out.

Splash is open now; they only closed it to revamp the logs. Matterhorn is open, but who knows for how long. I, for one, will not be letting my pass expire unless I happen to move away. But I go for a lot of other things besides rides.
