I lost the copyedit file I'd worked on for months to send back to my editor. The one that I struggled with after me PE because I'd lost my sense of self and motivation. I'd finally finished in October or November sometimes and thought I sent it to her, but when I got my new computer, there was a mix-up and the file was lost. Only I didn't realize it, so I sent her an old one and now I can't find the original because the old laptop is such a mess.

I am so demoralized.
