Hey Everyone

It's nice to see so many familiar faces popping up here. I never liked Tumblr and could never get into that platform. I mostly hang out here when I need fannish content. Here or LJ.

Just a quick update on me:

I'm sort of posting fic. I've been working on Twin Flames since earlier this year. That's my Pitch Black, Jack/Riddick fic (although it doesn't actually become Jack/Riddick until she's grown up). It's sooooo close to being done. I'm just having trouble wrapping up all the loose ends and finishing the damn thing.

I've started two YouTube channels, one for books and one where I post about teaching. If you're interested, let me know and I'll link you to them.

I saw the Avengers 4 trailer and was reasonably excited by it. I, like many people, and sad Cap lost his beard. I had no idea how attached I was to it until it was gone. Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'till it's gone?


I'm sad because I can't seem to get into reading fic the way I used to. I'd love to read some Steve/Bucky, but I lack the energy to look. Any recs you've got, please drop a link so I can check it out.

And... otherwise, that's about it. I hope people stick around and don't flee to another fannish platform that I can't figure out. It's nice seeing everyone again.
