Really, page 325 and 326, was Buffy the best at what she did? And was she the best she did up until the moment she betrayed you? And, OMG, she betrayed you? Well, why didn't you ever mention this, like, 6,000 times before over the course of the last book and a half so you wouldn't have to take up so much of the story to TELL ME ABOUT IT ON PAGE 325?????

I don't know why I get so pissed off by the failings of these books when I really do enjoy the story and main characters so much, but seriously, sometimes I just want to scream. And take a red pen and start slashing.
