In honor of Hoyden's wonder fic, "Veto the Day" (http://smallville.slashdom.com/archive/17/vetothe.html), I have decided to take a veto day from work. Of course, my veto day involves less room service and more headache and woozy stomach, but that's ok. I got to watch yesterday's episode of "The Sentinel" and, unless I hit Goodwill at 11, get to see today's while it's being taped. For some stupid reason, anythign I tape in the living room flips in my room. I missed the climax of the first three episodes I tried to watch in my room since it was flipping so badly. And while my mom has been pretty cool about me coming home from work and watching the tape, she did tell me that I wasn't going to be able to do that every day.
The third washing machine that was delievered to our house doesn't work either. It doesn't flood, but the warm setting doesn't work.
I loved last night's Smallville. It was great. My favorite part, though, was at the end when Lionel was feeling up Clark. I said (as Lex)," Dad. Get your fucking hands off my boyfriend." And as soon as I said it, Lex threw Lionel's hands off Clark. My sister and I were highly amused.
