Ok, so today started slow. I took Benedryl last night to help me breathe and, as I was waiting for it to kick in, began thinking about how sad I was as my main plans for today were to go to the coffee house and see Cutie-Pie. The cat woke me up at 7, wanting fed and out; I fed her but wouldn't let her out because I was too tired. I woke again at 8, but wanted to sleep, now convinced it was stupid to go to the coffee house because he really didn't care. Then, I had a nightmare that the house was invaded by lots and lots of ants. That got me up very quickly, into the shower, and prowling for food.

The Benedryl hadn't quite left my system and I felt like a zombie. Which meant I had the perfect excuse to go to the Library because , dammit, I need coffee. I did my hair (can't go outside with wet hair while recovering from a cold) threw on my clothes, and headed out.

And he was there. He gave me a large coffee for small coffee price and, because a quarter mysteriously disappeared from my pocket on the way over, covered it. I finally asked his name--Kevin--and he shook my hand saying it was nice to offically meet me. Then, as I was getting my coffee, he came over and said, "Ok, so this is embarrassing but I promised myself that if you came in today, I'd ask for your phone number."

He's so cute! I'm in love. *sighs dreamily*
