1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next 4-7 sentences on your LJ along with these instructions.
5. Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest (unless it's too troublesome to reach and is really heavy. Then go back to step 1).
6. Tag five people.

"Good," Luke said, and turning his attention back to the cloud-shrouded planet rushing up to meet them. It was odd,he thought, how it had only been on that first trip to Dagobah that the sensors had so totally failed on approach.

Or perhaps not so odd. Perhaps that had been Yoda, deliberately suppressing his instruments so as to be able to guide him unsuspectingly to the proper site.

And now Yoda was gone...

And, tagging.....ONE TWO THREE FOUR FIVE people. You're it!!

(I was going to say something else. But I don't remember. Also, my space bar is fuztzed and my screen keeps going fuzzy. I may need a new computer.)

ETA I remember: I read the ending of Ashes to Ashes because I wanted to know what the what was. And, you know what? I kind of like it. Because A) it was a fan theory before that made sense and b) THEY WEREN'T ASTRONAUTS IN CRYOSLEEP GOING TO MARS DREAMING THEY WERE COPS IN 2009 WHO WAS SENT BACK TO 1973.

THAT'S why.

' ...All we know is that the stars are in roughly the same direction as seen from earth. Yet, just as it was convenient for the people of ancient civilizations to divide up the heavens in to constellations or groups of seemingly related stars, it remains convininent for us to associate each star with one and only one constellation.'
