Okay, what the fuck? When Ernie Hudson told Sylar to get on the ground and cuffed him, I thought he recognized him as Sylar or a serial killer. But... he clearly doesn't. And despite the fact he's covered in dirt, clearly distraught, with blood and crap on his shirt... the first thing they do is lock him up and treat him like a criminal?
