HELP!

My goal is to go to a writer's conference in September and get one or two professional readers to read my novel. Well, the first twenty pages. Which are pretty much done (for now).

Is there anyone out there in Friend's List land who might be willing to beta the first twenty pages? I'll send the whole thing (if you want) and take comments, but it's the first twenty pages I really need.

Think I remember reading the early bits of your novel on your other lj. I'd be willing to take a look at it and help beta. Is there anything in particular that you want the beta to look for?

I'm mostly looking for grammar/sentence structure, but I also need to make sure it makes sense and it's interesting enough for you to want to need more. Any comments you have will be appreciated.

When do you need it by? I start my new job on Monday (YEA!), but I'm a fairly fast reader.

I won't need it until the middle of August. The last date I can send it by is the beginning of September, but I ant to try and get it a bit before then.
