Ugh, stupid body

I feel fat with high blood pressure.

Also, they kept asking me what I was taking for my arm discomfort, and I kept saying that it didn't hurt, I just couldn't use it (like, lift my arm over my head). I think the doctor took that as a challenge, 'cause now it hurts.

(He didn't; he was just testing the range of motion and stuff. And that reminded me why I haven't been moving my arm much).

134/91. I don't know that I"ve ever been that high.

ETA Oh. It may have been due to the migraine medication I took an hour before my appointment.
