HElp with fic

Can anyone point me to a Doctor Who/Torchwood fic where the Master had kidnapped Ianto and then Jack. He needed Jack for his immortality, not knowing that Jack wasn't immortal anymore, having given it up to help the doctor. The Master claims to have killed the Doctor and shows Jack teh Tardis. Tosh was there, too, I think, Maybe the others. I read it and lvoed it and now I can't find it.

I'm tired.
