I'm crabby
Jan. 30th, 2009 08:40 pmThis commercial kind of pisses me off:
Because, you know what? There's no way that woman's BO is so bad that it'd ruin their wedding night (or whatever). 'Cause, she probably showered that morning, you know? So, her body is clean. And even if she got hot and sweaty during the day, she didn't get filthy. And, I'm sorry, I can't be the only person who doesn't mind a bit of light BO. And wasn't there that study that said part of what attracts us to our partners is their smell?
Also, the commercial that says something like, "70% of all people think they sweat more than average" kind of ticks me off, too. Not because they're saying it, because, dude, selling technique. But because people will buy it. IF 70% of people think they sweat too much, then THEY PROBABLY DON'T. They probably sweat the "normal" amount, only they think it's "too much". So. Yeah.
I'm all kinds of pissy tonight. I wonder if I'm PMSy the normal way (as in, I'll get my period soon) or the horrible way (as in, I'll be PMSy for another month and a half, then get my period).
