Why are cats dumb?

There is water in the kitchen, next to the food, and yet every cat, including Tuxedo Cat, the OUTDOOR cat/guest, seems to think that after they eat, the must go to the bathroom to drink from the mug. I don't get it.

Brycee doesn't think this. She just drinks from it when she's in there. But the boys do. Because boys are dumb.

what kind of container is it in? maybe theres a taste difference? i had a dog once that alwys refused to drink out of a certain bowl because the plastic gave it a different taste. or maybe Brycee has claimed it as 'hers' and none of the boys watn to mess with her lol

I think they're both made of glass. I think the boys just like Christmas, since the one in the bathroom is a Christmas mug.

Tuxedo Cat sprayed a box while he was leaving and he also marked the couch. I'm afraid it's going to turn into a pee off between him and Brycee because Brycee loves peeing on my couches. :(

My cat doesn't want his water next to his foodbowl. Perhaps the boys feel the same way?
