Monday (1/25): Stress walk (20 min)
Friday (2/1): I walked to the school next door 1 1/2 times, twice with twenty first grade students. I say it was about a mile and a half total (maybe less), but I'm counting it.
Saturday (2/2): 10 min Kickboxing Workout (basic training). Holy crap, was it hard!
