Oct. 31st, 2004 12:38 pmWent to yoga again today. It was a really easy "restorative" class, which I totally needed. I'm tired now, though, and for some reason my head is starting to ache. But, no worries. I realized today that, what with making so much money, I can go buy a new comforter. And not a moment too soon since I just spilled coffee on mine the other day.
i think I need sippy cups for coffee. I'm having a lot of accidents. Or, you know, i could stop drinking it in my room. But I like sitting on my bed, listening to jazz and relaxing in the mornings. It makes getting up too early worth it.
I'm waiting for beta #1 and the audience girls to send back COTW 47. Then I'll send it to the second sets of eyes. I'm very happy it's done. I've tenttively started 48. I'm not interested in LLAR 2 for some reason, and it's a good scene I'm sitting on. I've also got a second Lost fic in my brain. I love Boone. I love Boone and Jack together. I like my creepy island.
Although, honestly? Until people started pointing out how creepy it is to have the island talking to Boone and sometimes Jack, it never even occurred to me that it could be creepy. It's just something that came up as I was writing and then I went with it.
I still haven't been hired by the Ten Commandments people to fix their play. Wouldn't that be so cool if I was? I mean, I know it woudln't happen and I know they're just going to throw out my suggestions because I'm nobody (who are you?), but it still would bo *so* incredibly cool.
Anyway. Yeah.
i've decided that this guy kind of looks like Chad in COTW, only he's taller and huskier. And older. But pretty.

Date: 2004-10-31 04:34 pm (UTC)You need to get yourself an insulated travel mug with a lid for your coffee, it's easier to drink without spilling that way (I end up with coffee stains all over myself regularly).
Ooh, the boy is pretty. I like having an idea of who the author imagines as the characters when I read, especially in fandom.

Date: 2004-10-31 05:01 pm (UTC)My only problem with them is the lids tend to be plastic, and that's then the only thing I taste. I actually had a Clex mug for awhile and had to stop drinking from it because it was plastic and i couldn't enjoy my coffee. :(

Chad is one of the ones I had problems deciding what he looked like. When i saw Life as a House I though Goth!Hayden Christiansan looked pretty good, except he was too tall and big. Adam is too old, but he's *so* pretty and he's pretty in real life, too (he was *right* in front of me; sigh). I think he's a good fit.
