I called the district and told them I'm accepting the contract. I'm going out tomorrow to get fingerprinted and turn in everything. And, I assume, sign the contract. *does happy dance* Very, very happy about all this.

Plus, now that I'm hired, I can finally start working for the temp agency. Because I won't have to worry about anymore interviews. Yay!!!!

I bought the S2 DVDs as a congratulations to myself. Haven't watched anything yet, but I will. ;P

Right now, I hate mecurtain for mentioning that fic "Stealing Harry" on her LJ. My sister and I are losing sleep reading this thing; it's *so* good and *so* addictive. (thank you, thank you, thank you)

The one thing that fanfic_hate proves is that everyone has different tastes. Just by going on and saying a fic sucks and they hate it doesn't mean it actually does suck. It just means it's not to their tastes, so, in that case, why should anyone care?

Um ... I was going to say something else. But I forget what it was. So I won't.

when i don't like a fic and analyze why i didn't like it, it often boils down to a question of differing tastes. and i soon go back to searching for the fics that *do* match my tastes.
