serafina20I got a job at a temp agency today. Or ... with? Through? Something. They hired me in order to send me out to do ... temp-type stuff. I guess I'm just another kind of sub. I still haven't heard back from any school district, so this should be steady money over the summer.
Apparently, I have mad skills. (skilz?) The hiring lady was way impressed by everythign I could do; she'd said she'd put me in admin., but since I was brand new to everything, she didn't want to make me uncomfortable. Which is good, because I have no idea what the hell that is. And she made me raise my expected minimum pay because she thought I could do more.
And here I thought I was going to do badly on the tests. They all started out easy, but then they asked me to do stuff I'd never heard of before. But, a few times, I learned how to do something new just in the attempt to answer the question.
So I feel better. In celebration, I might go to Hot Topic tomorrow and buy a Sirius black shirt. I think I deserve it.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time. If you ever need just to stop and relax, I'd be happy to drive out and sit around and do nothing with you for awhile. I mean, I still have Pride and Prejudice, if you haven't seen it, or we could watch Smallville. Or even just get something to drink (I can't remember if you drink coffee). It doesn't have to be a physical activity.
Anyway, I hope you feel better soon. *hugs*
