Will someone explain to me how those two sentences fit together? Because, yeah, it advanced the plot, but all Chloe wanted to know was whether or not someone was, well, screwing her dad over more. *rolls eyes*

Anyway, I enjoyed the episode, because I am very easy to please. I loved watching Chloe smirk her way through the school. I loved her scene with Lex (WOOBIE!!!!) and Pete's revelation. I was giggling every time someone revealed the truth to Chloe.

I did think the side plot with the teacher and her kid was stupid. I would rather her to have either a. been a lesbian, come out, have the school shun her, and son go ballistic or, what I really thought was going on b. her to have kidnapped her son and have *that* come out in the interview. But, I suppose that would have been too complicated.

I thought the Lana/Chloe thing came out of the blue. I like what they're doing with Lana, but from what I've seen of their relationship, Lana *has* trusted Chloe with emtional stuff like feeling she's not liked before. Hell, she trusts every prinicpal character with some aspect of that. Maybe I'm just brain dead, because I do know that they were at odds at the beginning of the season, but that scene struck me as contrived.

And KK looked really weird during that scene.

I saw Chloe boobies. I am happy about that.

AM is beginning to pick up some Canadian pronunciations, it seems.

Lex. I love Lex. Lex is my love. Lex breaks my heart into tiny pieces and makes me cry.

So, uh, the military guy kept the serum in a hypodermic needle in his ... refrigerator in the back alley where he's living for how many years? Uh. Right, okay. Sure. Moving on.

Lionel, please wash your goddamn hair. And stop touching Lex.

Martha's got some interesting fears. I hope to hear more of them.

I'm thinking that Chloe is going to die again. Lionel's going to make her disappear.

I can't recall anything offhand. There was just something about the way she formed some of the vowels that sounded ... off American-wise. More like KK or Michael Ironside. It just kinda stuck out for some reason. I could be wrong.
