Okay, how the heck did that happen? I've grown up in California my entire life. I don't think I have any southern roots. I'll have to ask my dad.

Sick, btw. Cold +migrain. It hurt so much last night, I thought the left side of my brain was going to snap in half, if that makes sense. But I feel better now.

Heh heh. I'm Canadian and it told me I'm 55% Dixie. I use some words of which it said, "Not the Great Lakes". I grew up between two Great Lakes.

That's funny. I actually got quite a few answers that said "Great Lakes" or northeast region. I don't think it's entirely accurate somehow. :)

I think it skews a little Southern

I wouldn't be too worried. I think the test skews a little Southern, although for what it's worth, I've found southern California to be more Southern than nothern Cali, and more Southern than a lot of other places ex patriates might head to. I mean, that makes sense, what with the weather that's just as warm, but less humid, it just didn't occur to me to think about it that way until the first time I got Jesused here.

I'm 64%, which is funny, considering that I'm 100% Texan, and my close extended family is all Southern Oklahoman.

I pronounce it both ways depending on the situtation. I think it's because I'm weird, too. :)
