I just sent a rather scathing reply to Yahoo about how they did nothing to even acknowledge the actual problem in receiving my e-mail from LJ existed.... only to find out seconds later that the IP address had been resolved and it's all good.
*blushes*
Ah, well. My main frustration was that I had to do a live chat, which I hate. I hate, hate, hate chatting for some reason. I much prefer to send e-mail and fill out forms. If I must, I'll call. Chatting is way down on the list. I had to do the chat, and then they send me an automated response that showed no actual awareness of the problem I had. Hence the angry response survey. (I did make sure to let them know that the agent chattting with me was very friendly, polite, and helpful, and my frustration had nothing whatsoever to do with him.)
*smooches LJ* I'm so glad you're working the way I want you to again.
