Work Sucks
Jun. 3rd, 2003 09:54 amAs I am the only one working. Everyone else is talking or net surfing. Not fair.
The ones I've seen are bold.
Gone With the Wind 1939 $1187.7
Star Wars 1977 $1026.7
The Sound of Music 1965 $824.1
E.T. 1982 $815.0
The Ten Commandments 1956 $758.1
Titanic 1997 $747.4 It took me three days to finally see the whole thing. I missed the beginning the first time, and then parts when I ran out to go to the bathroom (I didn't see it until it was on tape). Then I managed to see all the parts I'd missed except the very beginning, which I saw about a week later. I haven't seen it since, even though I enjoyed it.
Jaws 1975 $741.1 does it count if I've seen about 6 "making of's" but not the actual movie all the way through?
Doctor Zhivago 1965 $700.7
The Jungle Book 1967 $626.8
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 1937 $615.2

Mary Poppins 1964 $493.9
Raiders of the Lost Ark 1981 $492.1
Jurassic Park 1993 $486.6 I saw this the year after it came out. I'd gotten my wisdom teeth out, and my brother took me to see it in the dollar theater because he was upset I'd refused to see it before. I loved the book, and hated the guy who played Ian Malcom (whose name is escaping me right now). I cried whenever the music played because a) I was totally doped up on pain med and b) I'd played it for band the year before.
