I don't watch the show, but spoilers are everywhere. They almost make me want to finish writing my Dean/OFC series and have the OFC march him to the doctor to get a tetanus shot after he comes back. I imagine it'd go something like: Dean returns, sex scene, OFC orders him to the doctor.

And it wouldn't even be out of character.
