It's really hard for me when people bash and hate characters I really identify with. I always take it as a personal knock, that they're really knocking me or some part of my life. I need to stop doing that, but it's hard, especially when I've been in Chloe's place before.

I get to get my "real" birthday present today. My brother bought me Triple X for my birthday, not remembering that I'd already bought it. I've got 19.99 to spend, and I'm not sure what I want. I could get "1776," the slashiest movie about our Founding Father's ever, or a CD, or a toy or... I just don't know. I'll have to think about it some more.

If you are referring to me, Sera. I don't hate Chloe and I don't think I bash her. I do have severe issues with her behavior and thus have little sympathy for her outcomes. I'm sorry if my comment in your LJ upset you.

I'm not referring to you specifically, because it happens a lot. It happened with the whole Clark debate, it's happened millions of times in the past. It's my reaction, my problem, my issues. But, yes, your comment's the one that brought it out today. I've read your issues, know where you're comming from, but don't see it the same way. And because so much of Chloe's experiance is relevant to my life and the lives I see of my sister and her friends, reading what you write about her provokes a very emotional response in me. Which is why I tend not to say anything, but today I needed to take a moment and remind myself that you aren't talking about ME. No one is when they talk about the chacters. That's all.
