A) Where the the John fangirls (and boys) at the convention? Huh? Huh?
B) Why wouldn't they have salted and burned the boys' bones in the first place? They were ghosts, weren't they? Have they ever met a nice ghost? (Maybe season 3 or an episodeI haven't seen). Seems better safe than sorry, imo.
