Casting Spoilers



So, I have nothing against Ian McShane (I think he's awesome). I am against casting a real historical pirate in what has heretofore been populated by nothing by imaginary pirates. Yes, Morgan and Bartholomew are mentioned, but they hadn't actually ever met (since they're probably referring to Black Bart when they say Bartholomew and he was 6 when Morgan died according to IMBD) so it's still in the realm of fiction. So, why can't they just make up a pirate and base him off Blackbeard?

Also? I hate, hate, HATE Penelope Cruz. I don't know why, I just do. So :(

As long as there's a Barbossa I'll be ok, although, I didn't see him mentioned there so I'm a bit concerned. I nearly just kind of left after Norrington died because he was tossed aside so quickly and I was like 'well, best part's over.' but then i worried that they might have had Barbossa die too so I stayed

I'm waiting on pins and needles to see if Norrington is coming back--I'll be crushed if he doesn't.
