I had a dream last night about that ABC Family movie Princess. Or maybe it's USA. Anyway, I've seen the commercial a gazillion times, but never seen it. The dream was that the princess was under an enchantment/imprisonment by this "elderly" man (played by Tom Sellick, and I was appalled that he was being described as elderly). A young man/prince came to rescue the princess. There was a battle and the young man won. Only, instead of happily ever after, it turns out that part of the enchantment is that whoever rescues her then succumbs to the same sort of jealousy/madness the previous man did. Slowly, over time, he becomes more jealous, suspicious, and angry until he, too, imprisons her. She never ages or dies, simply suffers the same mistakes over and over again. I guess the point is that she had to find a way to break out of her imprisonment without being rescued or something.
It was strange, becuase i was half reading it out of a book (hence the "elderly"; it was something like "The prince lunged at the elderly man with his sword" and I was shocked and amused 'cause Tom Sellick? Not elderly.) and half watching it on TV. By the time I got to book two or whatever it was, my subconscious had decided that I was reading the book and had the movie on at the same time. I turned the movie off so I could read the part I hadn't yet.
During testing, the school gives the kids snacks and bottles of water each day. Some of the kids are hoarding water. They bring their own, accept the school's, and just... keep it. I'm not sure what to make of that. If it was food, I'd understand it better, but water is water. They have access to it all the time.
I really have to go to the bathroom. Even under normal circumstances, I wouldn't be able to without calling, but no one is letting me out during testing. Might upset the kiddies.
*sigh*
