serafina20I wonder why Rachel Dunleavy didn't buy the house under the name Lucas *Dunleavy* instead of Luthor. Even if he was Lionel's son, wouldn't the name that appeared on his birth certificate have been hers and not his? Or can the mother choose what last name goes on, even if she's not leagally married to the father and he's not involved with the baby?
