I'm frustrated with my current psychologist because I don't feel like I'm doing anything. I go. I talk. She talks. Sometimes I feel better, but usually, I feel the same. And that's not.... I want some kind of ... I don't know, instructions, guidance, whatever, to help me start feeling better. I don't think that talking alone is going to do it.

Am I being stupid?
