Huh

I thought I had mentioned somewhere about wanting to write an Irene/Holmes fic involving their time at the Grand. It'd be something like Irene coming to Holmes for help for something(I'm thinking someone's trying to kill her, hence the room; he's there to protect her). She tries to seduce him and, although he's clearly interested in her, he is asexual* and isn't comfortable with her advances. At one point, I think I"d have her commiserate with Watson over the frustration of mixed signals (as they perceive them).

(*Personally, I don't see Holmes as asexual; I see him as a very passionate man, but one whose passions run very deeply and are hard to uncover. Once they are, though.... *rwoar*)

In other news, my dad called to wish me a happy birthday and I answered the phone while still mostly asleep. It kept occurring to me I ought to tell him I was asleep, but instead, I just made a food of myself. Ah well.

I'm trying to update/do tags over at pbslash because the lack of adequate tags at wayne_crane are driving me crazy. They don't have author specific tags; just fic and rating and it's hard to follow stories with multiple chapters.
