Buncha things
Oct. 4th, 2005 03:56 pm1. Oh, God, my head hurts.
2. Today was a fairly good day at school. Amazing, huh? They were actually *quiet* at one point while working. They've *never* done that before. It was cool.
3. Now that I've *finally done done it (warning, COTW 51 spoilers), where might Lex go furnature shopping?
4. I know this is blasphemous and will get me mocked and/or ranted at on fanficrants, but: I liked Serenity, really. It was good. I enjoyed it. I will see it again and enjoy it again.
But...
I'm more emotionally invested in my fanfic version. And, while I understand that the movie is actually, ya know, canon, when I think of what happens after Objects in Space to the crew, I have a feeling that I'll automatically think of my story first. I'm just that egocentric. And I really, *really* like what I wrote.
Even though the stupid character was a moron and woudln't get together with Simon. But Mal is a good trade. So I'm not too upset.
So, yeah.
And now, I'm going to take a nap because, damn, my head hurts.
Oh, wait. Is anyone willing to beta my Firefly fic? I've got it posted places, but before it goes up at my website, I'd like someone else to look over it. *bats eyelashes*
