Legal Question

Does anyone know if there are limitations/restrictions/rules regarding the use of a minor's name in journalistic publications (such as the Daily Planet and Inquisitor)? I need to know if they could use Clark Kent's name, especially in conjunction with Lex's in an incriminating manner.
