"Kneel befor Zod," he said, looming over the fallen Kal-El.

As he expected, the boy hesitated. Froze.

Blinked huge blue eyes fringed with dark lashes at him. Then pushed himself to his knees.

Zod smiled in triump.

Then...

"What are you doing?"

Kal-El's hands paused only an instant on his belt buckle. Again, Zod was struck by the sheer physical beauty of his enemies's son as the boy looked up at him.

"Whenever I kneel in front of Lex," the child said, "this is what I do." He unbuckled the belt and slid the black slacks down. Leaned forward. Opened his mouth and....

And thus Zod was blissfully defeated.
