I didn't expect to cry, but that ending montage was so beautiful.

And the line when they focused on Lex. "The love that's gone" or can't touch or something. The Kent family, Jonathan in particular, and Clark of course.

Lionel passing behind Martha...

The picture was of them, right? Lionel and Martha, I mean.

I'm glad it wasn't Chloe. I was pulling for Lana, just because I'm tired of her storyline (I want more Chloe). I'm fine with it being Jonathan, because I think he would have willingly sacrificed himself for his family, which, despite the breakup, includes Lana.

I love Martha. It occured to me that she should have been the one running for senator. I could buy her winning a state election without prior experience. Jonathan, maybe, but he'd have to climb the ranks first since he's a total unknown. Martha has experience in the law, though, so...


I do want wishingiwaslost's fault that Lana didn't die. ALL HER FAULT since she went to Starbucks to study. Dork. :)
