Not Snape dying, even though I love him and didn't want him to die. Not Snape's memories (not even when he showed Albus his Patronus and tells him, "Always.") Not even Lupin dying.

The line that made me break down and almost not make it through the end was this:

Hogwarts was the first and best home he had known. He and Voldemort and Snape, the abandoned boys, had all found home here...

The moment I get to "abandoned boys," I lose it. And just start sobbing. And want to cuddle Harry and Snape (and kind of little!Riddle from the movie, because he was adorable in a creepy way. But, then he'd probably kill me, so...)

Anyway. That's that.

Aw, it is sad now I think about it. I didn't cry, but I got pissed 'cause of Severus, Remus and Fred dying, along with Ron those are my fave characters in the series, meh. But I didn't really like the last book, I expected something much better (and that's probably the problem).

My chest got tight at that one, too.

I started weeping buckets with Dobby's death, but I was fairly dry-eyed for most of the book. Everything seemed inexorable.
