I'm so thrilled to see this! I read it when I first got into this fandom and just loved the story and really wanted it to continue.
There are so many aspects to this that are amazing; Gene, of course, who is just wonderful and perfectly drawn; Sam Williams, who is mysterious and tragic, so obviously abused (and I love how you built up that awareness in SamT) and confused as any victim of abuse in his situation would be in; Morgan, who is just a mind-bogglingly EVIL person, yet so smooth and smart, a true adversary; and SamT, who is figuring it out, drawing out SamW, and allowing himself some happiness with Gene.
I know the trip to Hyde will not go well. I fear for this. I want Gene to ride in shotgun blazing to take out the bad guy, but this is a battle the Sams are going to have to fight alone. *chews all nails in worry*
Oh please keep this going. I adore the set up and the characters and yes I am clearly an angst junkie! lol!
